WHAT IS THE PANTHER DEN?
The Panther Den is an Urban Design Competition hosted by the Young Leaders of the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, in partnership with AIA Fort Worth
Participants must be under the age of 35 to participate in the competition and must either be a member of the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, AIA Fort Worth, or chosen by a sponsoring company to participate.
When you register, you will be asked a series of questions that will help the Panther Den committee best place you in a team. The registration fee is $50 and will include lunch, as well as drink tickets and snacks during both the Kick-off and Presentations
The Panther Den will Kick-off January 25, 2018 with a presentation on the DFW Airport's Economic Development Strategic Plan. This kick-off event will give you the opportunity to meet with your teammates for the first time and look over the site package materials for the first time.
On the day of the competition, you will have four hours to put together a site plan, a proforma, and a presentation to give to the judges. We will include a proforma and presentation template in your site plan.
The aim of the Panther Den is...
- To meet and work with other Young Leaders
- To learn more about the development process
- To get your work in front of industry leaders
- To promote innovative concepts & realize the potential of the site
