On January 30, 2025, the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth hosted the highly anticipated Tarrant County Commercial Real Estate Forecast at TCU’s Brown Lupton University Union. Over 600 industry professionals, including developers, investors, and brokers, came together to gain exclusive insights into the trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping Tarrant County’s commercial real estate market in 2025.


The event, themed “Tomorrow’s City, Today’s Insight,” featured a stellar lineup of speakers, dynamic panel discussions, and invaluable networking opportunities. From economic outlooks to market sector snapshots, attendees left with actionable strategies to navigate the year ahead.
