The event, themed "Rhinestones & Real Estate," was a resounding success, thanks to the dedication of attendees, sponsors, and planning committee members.

ANNOUNCING OUR WINNERS
The Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth is thrilled to announce the winners of four prestigious awards recognizing individuals who have made significant contributions to the council, commercial real estate, and the community.
The 2024 Outstanding Young Leader Award
Christian Hibbs of Frost Bank received this award for his exceptional contributions as a Commercial Real Estate Lender. Christian's work with builders and developers has had a positive impact on the Fort Worth community.
The 2024 Excellence Award
Bob Morgan, Senior Fire Protection Engineer at the Fort Worth Fire Department, was honored for his dedication to fire protection engineering and overall community safety. Bob's expertise has been instrumental in safeguarding Fort Worth residents.
The 2024 Danny Scarth Member Impact Award
Jeff Postell of Post L Construction was recognized for his leadership as the chair of the Community Affairs Committee. This committee supports Building Pathways
and works to create connections with contractors working on urban infill and Global-Majority and MWBE contractors.
The 2024 Susan A. Halsey Founder’s Award
Terry Montesi, Chairman and CEO of Trademark Property Company, received this prestigious award for his 40 years of experience in real estate brokerage, management, development, and advisory services. Terry's dedication to creating meaningful customer experiences and vibrant mixed-use places has had a lasting impact on Fort Worth and Tarrant County.
