2023 Competition Site - Overland Tract
The Overland Tract owned by Cassco Development is along Chisolm Trail Parkway just south of I-20. The site is +/-120 acres. Challenges of this site include its proximity to the highway, commercial, and multi-family residential. More details on this site will be coming soon!
